This weeks new arrival belongs to Reverend Tony Perry, this bright Spitfire has been locked away in the garage for the last 18 years, Reverend Perry has been restoring the car as a long-term project with the idea of getting it all ready for National Drive-it day next April, Reverend Perry has already checked the engine, suspension, brakes etc before his son-in-law Russ bought the new boot lid for his 70th Birthday (last December) with the promise of carrying out the body repairs to the point of getting the respray. Russ asked us to get involved at this point and put a little brightness back onto this great car.
